I have known and worked with Litsa for over 20 years. Our journey started in Mildara Blass days when Litsa was, amongst other brands, Marketing Manager for the Yellowglen brand, Australia’s biggest selling premium sparkling wine at the time. Both her strategic and tactical skills contributed significantly to the success of the brand. It was with the brand extension of Yellow that Litsa’s skill came to the fore. This launch was the most successful product launch in the sparkling wine segment at the time, and probably still is. Yellow was conceived and brought to market in only six weeks, this was even more complicated by the bottle being ceramic printed. In short Litsa is intelligent, strategic, tenacious, all good qualities in making a very capable marketing manager.
